Finally back home in what appears to lately be the snow capitol of the world. I got home from so cal late saturday night, I got 3 really good days of riding in so it was a good, but also quick, trip.
At this point I've done all my tricks, even managed to defeat the cliffhanger flip that attempted to defeat me! Only problem is a few tricks I'm still having trouble getting as big as I want them to be. My shoulin flips have been ok, but just not as big, or as comfortable as before I crashed. I guess that's expected though, it would be a pretty sweet life if anytime you crashed or sat out for 3 months you came back without missing a beat......that's the world I wanna live in.
There was a storm rolling through mammoth saturday night which was a big concern of mine, my truck is only 2wd so I would of had to go around mammoth if conditions were bad. I rode at fitzpatricks saturday early afternoon, grabbed some tacos and a burrito from chipotle and hit the road. It seemed like it was just starting to storm in mammoth when I went through, which was lucky. I had to be pretty cautious sometimes due to snow and wind and just low visability, but through all that I made it home safely.
We threw a superbowl party on sunday, I'm not super into football but I gotta admit its growing on me. Only problem about the superbowl party is all my friends were either out of town, or too lame to come, so it ended up being only me and a few friends but we had fun nonetheless.
Well that's all for me, the snow is melting here so I should be able to ride hopefully by the beginning of next week, I would love to be able to practice without leaving the state, everyone do a sun/heat/dry dirt dance for me, I need all the help I can get, see ya next time!
